The Trek Remedy range is making a name for itself as an incredible mountain bike, an awesome all-rounder for those wanting to tackle technical terrain, jumps, bumps, berms, climbs and decents. A few tweaks for 2012 sees the addition of the Mino Link and a slightly slacker head angle, as well as routing for adjustable seatposts.
We recently lent a Remedy 9 to Australian Mountain Bike magazine (AMB) for a group test, which it easily won, beating out the competition. AMB were very impressed, using quotes like:
“...the Remedy is one of the best value bikes we’ve seen in years.”
“This new bike is simply sensational, in just about every regard, leaping ahead of previous incarnations.”
“All up the Remedy was the bike in this line-up that left us most impressed and it would be our first choice if we were looking for a weapon to devour technical trails or had to choose only one of these [bikes] to hang in our shed.”
